Save money with british gas?

Save money with british gas?

I suspect British Gas may have sparked off a price war with their recent 7% drop in their standard tariff rate. But will you save money if you switch? Murphy's law always comes into play and just after you switch your old provider comes up with another deal and hey presto! You should never have switched! :roll:

It annoys me that all these big providers muddy the water with all their different schemes and tariffs to such an extent unless you have a degree in pure maths you don't know what the heck you are getting for whatever scheme you sign up to. Will you save anything or not by switching?
